This five-week course tackles one of the most urgent leadership challenges of our time: how to build effective multicultural teams within future-ready, meritocratic organizational systems – all amid deepening polarization and institutional uncertainty.
Through competitive simulations, real-world case studies, research-backed frameworks, rigorous classroom dialogue, and personal reflection, students will develop a practical foundation for leading across difference with clarity, competence, courage, and care – without compromising on performance.
