DESCRIPTION
This course is for business leaders who want to turn data and AI into real organizational impact: not by learning to code, but by learning how to make data work for strategy and performance. Students will learn how to frame business problems, evaluate investments in data and analytics, and build organizations that act on evidence. We'll also explore the ethical and responsible use of data and AI, including how to manage bias and ensure trust. Through cases and real-world examples, the course emphasizes decision-making, influence, and the organizational side of data success. Whether or not you have a technical background, you will leave with the skills to lead initiatives that transform data and AI into better decisions and stronger performance.
