DESCRIPTION
We're never too young, or old, to become both highly successful and truly fulfilled as leaders. It's wise to figure out what that means in our 20s, so we know how to make smart adjustments for the rest of our lives. We can do this with intentionality, which in this course means developing a flexible plan and leveraging a practical implementation system. This advanced and accelerated learning experience will help you: (1) deepen your understanding of who you really are today; (2) determine what you'd like to achieve moving forward, both professionally and personally; and (3) make a flexible plan for getting what you want, using a practical system to stay on track. Please don't expect riveting lectures, Generative AI assistance, or a 100% smooth ride. This deceptively challenging journey requires your complete commitment to the entire process; you'll get as much out of this as you give yourself and your peers. Be ready to: (1) actively participate during our five classroom workshops; (2) thoroughly prepare before, and thoughtfully reflect after, each workshop; and (3) fully utilize our lifetime toolkit. Let's all be real with each other, every step of the way. MiM degree candidates who fully engage, from start to finish, in this potentially transformational experience will earn course credit as indicated by "pass" on their transcript (instead of a letter grade).
